Privacy notice

The form requires a name or company, email, country and message; phone is optional. Messages are emailed to info@videye.eu to handle your enquiry. Avoid unnecessary information, especially health data. Duplicate-send protection uses a hash of the connection address and technical request data within a 15-minute window, not the message text. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting obligations.

2. Communication data

If you call or write to us, we process the contact details and enquiry you provide in order to respond. For an individual discussing their own contract, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For company representatives and other business communication, it is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f); legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). An enquiry is not marketing consent. Do not send health information unless necessary for the specific discussion.

Data is kept as long as necessary to handle communication and related discussions. If a contract results, retention periods required for performance, legal obligations and legal claims apply. The future form’s specific retention, recipients and any transfers outside the EEA will be described before launch.

3. Browser settings

This version uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only your chosen text size and high contrast are saved locally in your browser under videye-accessibility, until deleted there; these settings are not sent to the controller.

The audio introduction uses your browser’s speech system at your request. Depending on the voice, its provider may process the public introduction text. The preview runs on this computer and embeds no external advertising or analytics scripts.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR’s conditions you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests are handled without undue delay, normally within one month; you will be informed of any lawful extension. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7.

5. Future product

Processing of images, sound and conversations by the glasses will be explained separately before operation. This notice concerns the current website and communication.
